Changing universities

If you are changing from another university, the admittance procedure will include checks on coursework and examination results, given that your current course is recognised as equivalent to the course for which you are applying. This means that the period of time spent on the course, as well as the level of course content and requirements, must be equivalent to those found in the equivalent course at the Bonn-Rhine-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.

Periods of study on the same course at other Universities of Applied Sciences will be calculated through official channels. Only the board of examiners of the respective department can tell you whether your examination results will be recognised.

Important dates

The application deadline for a place starting partway through a degree course is 15th March for the summer semester and 15th September for the winter semester in any given year.
